Although we’re sad that 2022 is coming to a close, we’re looking forward to a new year of economic healing, an influx of jobs, and a decreased unemployment rate. Start prepping for these 2023 events now to get the most out of your experience:

2023 Engineering in Excellence Awards

The time is finally here again to submit your entries for the 2023 Engineering in Excellence Awards! Any engineering or surveying firm is eligible to enter the awards program regardless of ACEC Utah membership status. All projects must be designed in the state of Utah and construction projects must be sustainably completed.

Along with submitting an entry, each applicant must prepare to give a 10-minute verbal presentation to the panel of judges to explain what is the most engineering noteworthy aspect of their project and respond to questions. 2023 Annual Convention and Legislative Summit

Save the date because the 2023 Annual Convention and Legislative Summit is taking place from June 11-14, 2023, at the Grand Hyatt in Washington D.C.

This yearly spring convention has over 1,600 attendees and includes a general session with keynote speakers, educational forums, roundtables, congressional issues debriefing and the official ACEC Board of Directors Meeting. 2023 Fall Conference

Save the date for the 2023 fall conference happening at the JW Marriott in Austin, Texas on Oct. 15-18. Not only will there be opportunities to make new friends and listen to world-renowned speakers, but you’ll also get the chance to enjoy the heart of downtown Austin in a bit of cooler weather.
