ACEC recently developed an online Coronavirus Info Center as part of the R3 Initiative where education, advocacy and resources come together. This initiative is meant to help industry leaders navigate the COVID-19 crisis and prepare to adapt to a post-pandemic economic marketplace. Below is a list of resources you can easily view on the ACEC website.
Resource Center
The resources tab is regularly updated with the latest information regarding the COVID-19 outbreak. It covers everything from future outbreaks and trending news to geography and policy change. Members can also view information about federal agency guidance and state resources. If you’re wondering how to make informed decisions during this challenging time, this is a good place to start.
Rescue, Recover, Rebuild Education Series
ACEC has compiled a free education series to member firms sponsored by Brayn Consulting LLC, ACEC Life/Health Trust, BST Global and Insight Software. These webinars spread knowledge, encourage best practices and bring businesses together. The webinar series has generated a large amount of interest with over 10,000 participants, making it crucial to secure your spot ahead of time.
ACEC is currently looking for sponsors to support the series. If you’re interested in learning more, email rng@acec.org for details.
Advocacy
The R3 Advocacy Center is the perfect place for members to learn about pressing issues that will impact the construction and engineering industries. We believe that now is the right time for Congress to address deferred maintenance and modernize transportation networks suited for economic recovery. If you’re interested in supporting these efforts, we encourage you to tweet, write or call your congressman to urge action on an infrastructure-first recovery plan. Thank you!
We hope you and your firm find these resources helpful!
