Chad Wolf, acting Homeland Security Secretary, recently waived rules to accelerate the construction of the U.S.-Mexico border wall in California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas, citing “an acute and immediate need to construct physical barriers and roads.. to prevent unlawful entries.”
